We have adapted a system to give the student many options dependant on their environment, rather than using forceful moves straight away. We value wisdom and knowledge as much as evading dangerous situations.

Mark Colizzi holds a 4th Dan Black Belt, with a background in full contact karate, Sport Karate, Muay thai and Filipino Martial Arts, he has been involved in Martial arts for over 17 years. Mark Colizzi has boxed in the Armed Forces during his five and a half years he served with them. Mark won the British Kumite title in 2011 , He also represented Great Britain in 2004 World Kickboxing championships and 2008 European kickboxing championships, where he was awarded bronze medals on both occasions. He, along with club members have fought at WAKO championships, and many other events where the club has achieved great success.
Elite Kickboxing & Martial Arts provides the ultimate workout in a safe training environment, train to get stronger, fitter, faster and better conditioned in this dynamic fighting art. A great workout incorporating stretching and tone exercises from the world of martial arts and yoga.
